All operations are conducted in vfr weather conditions. landing area is limited to pvt use. tkoff and landing area apropriately marked. non obstructing wind indicator is maintained adjacent to takeoff and landing area. all approach and departure route helicopter operations should be on an ingress of 290-110 degrees and egress of 290-110 degrees using the touchdown pad as the center of a compass rose.
