This is a private use helip011, all operators proceed at their own risk, and to enhance the safety of operations, we recommend: 1. all helicopter approach / departure route operations should be conducted on a 360 degree egress course i 180 degree ingress course to or from the south end of the existing clearing (with hover taxi as necessary), or on a 180 degree egress course i 360 degree ingress course to or from the south end of the existing clearing (with hover taxi as necessary). 2. a wind indicator is installed adjacent to the helip011, away from the approach and depa11ure routes, and outside the safety area. 3. no night helicopter operations are conducted unless the heliport and wind indicator are lit in accordance with ac 150/5390-2c, paragraphs 216 and 212c. 4. the heliport should be marked with flush, in-ground markers in accordance with ac l 50/5290-2c, paragraph 215b. 5. the heliport area should be maintained to prevent loose stones and any other flying debris caused by rotorwash. 6. the helipo1t proponent will reexamine obstacles in the vicinity of the approach/depaiture paths on an annual basis in accordance with ac l 50/5390-2c, paragraph 21oe. any new obstacles noted will be forwarded to the airpmt district office, flight standards district office or regional flight standards division. 7. unauthorized persons are restrained from access to the takeoff/landing area during helicopter flight operations . 8. fire protection is provided in accordance with the...
