Remarks
Asn 2019-agl-8675-nra our aeronautical study has determined that the private use heliport will not adversely affect the safe and efficient use of airspace by aircraft provided the following conditions are met and maintained. reference faa advisory circular (ac) 150/5390-2, heliport design (current version). at-oeg: recommend all ingress/egress routes have at the very minimum a clear 8:1 visual approach slope and any flight standard's provisions must be satisfactorily addressed prior to issuing a determination. flight procedures: there is no ifr effect as since there are no procedures published at the heliport. suggest ingress/egress points be limited to vfr conditions. also suggest proponent coordinates traffic patterns with oshkosh/wittman regional airport authority and wittman regional air traffic. in the case procedures are requested, please note that publication of instrument procedures can take 24 to 36 months from the date that all airport/heliport information and survey data is in the system and validated. if the procedure is to be a "special third party developed procedure" coordination with the awo is required to obtain a publication date. flight standards: for a detailed site study and list of provisions, see the following uploaded document: "2019-11-12_wi_oshkosh (7822)_2019-agl-8675-nra_heliport site study.pdf"...
