Our aeronautical study has determined that the private use heliport will not adversely affect the safe and efficient use of airspace by aircraft provided the following conditions are met and maintained. reference faa advisory circular (ac) 15 0/5390-2, heliport design (current version). the proponent must coordinate with the manager of baudette airport boe for operational procedures and ingress /egress routes that would not conflict the traffic pattern at boe airport. the proponent must meet all state and local requirements. the landing area must be limited to private use only. all operations must be conducted visually. because this is a private use heliport, all operators proceed at their own risk, and to enhance the safety of operations, we recommend: 1. all helicopter approach / depart11re route operations should be conducted on a 150 degree clockwise to 300 degree egress course / 330 degree clockwise to 120 degree ingress course using the center of the heliport as the reference point. 2. a wind indicator continues to be installed and maintained adjacent to the heliport, away from the approach and departure routes, and outside the safety area. 3. no night helicopter operations are conducted unless the heliport and wind indicator are lit in accordance with ac i 50/5390-2c,paragraphs 415 and 411 c. 4. the takeoff/landing area is appropriately marked in accordance with ac i 50 / 539 0-2c, paragraph 414. 5. the heliport proponent will...
