Remarks
The landing area is limited to private use all operations are to be conducted in vfr weather conditions, except that: operators approved by the faa to utilize special copter rnav 14 approach and hogsi departure may proceed visually to land and may take off using standard instrument takeoff minimums. note: the visual segment of the approach and visual climb area of the departure were completed during the flight validation as documented as satisfactory in the ifp/odp packages. only the special approach procedure will be afforded far part 77 protection. the physical heliport itself, as a private-use landing area will not have far part 77 obstruction surfaces applied. helicopter approach/departure operations are conducted between 120 degrees and 337 degrees centered in the final approach and takeoff (fato) area. unauthorized persons are restrained from access to the takeoff/landing area during helicopter flight operations.
