  • Day vfr ops only. non-obstructing wind indcr maintained adj to takeoff/ldg area outside of safety area and apch/dep paths. each year, owner wl reexamine obstacles in vcnty of apch/dep paths. new obstacles wl be fwded to fsdo. only 1 hel on helipad at a time. owner wl ensure proper markings, obstacle penetration of apch/dep paths (including tlof and fato) and lgting achieve acceptable lvl of safety for all hop at heli. owner ensures obstacles do not penetrate 8:1 apch/dep path and safety area. owner ensures all local, state, environmental, zoning and fire codes are completed including governing authories with jurisdiction. no overflight of homes or schools during apch/dep. utility lines s of tlof must be mkd. all fixed objects in safety area except lgting wl not exceed 2 inches abv fato elev. unauthorized psnl must rmn outside takeoff/ldg area during hop. owner will publ and distr hop procedures to any user of heli. for pri ops, all hel apch/dep rte ops wl ingress 079 degrees clkws to 098 degrees hdg and egress 259 degrees clkws to 282 degrees hdg from cntr of heli. for scnd ops, all hel apch/dep rte ops wl ingress 339 degrees clkws to 003 degrees hdg and egress 159 degrees clkws to 183 degrees hdg from cntr of heli.
