Prvdd loa with sheppard afb.
4-shipp arpt is located within sheppard afb's class d surface area. a loa is in effect between 4-shipp arpt & 80th flying tng wing/sheppard afb. all operations will be accordance with this loa. flights to/fm 4-shipp by non-based aircraft are not permitted during 80th ftw ops.
Sheppard afb atct will deny non-based aircraft entry into sheppards class d airpace when military flt tng is in progress at sheppard afb.
Extreme care must be exercised due to the proximity of sheppard afb and the high-performance military jet tfc in the vicinity of 4- shipp arpt. all operations will be conducted under vfr and see and avoid procedures apply at all times.
Sheppard afb atct will not be responsible for aircraft separation. aircraft operating to/from 4-shipp airfield will remain clear of and give way to ciivilian/military traffic operating in sheppard afb traffic patterns.
