Ilwaco Airport is just a short two miles down HWY 101 from the wonderful towns of Ilwaco and Long Beach Washington.

Come visit and enjoy wonderful food, camping, fishing, crabbing, and clamming. Take a stroll down the beach and watch the HUGE kites flying, check out the sandcastles, or watch some great fireworks. Rent some fat tire bicycles and take a ride on our many miles of beach or up to Cape Disappointment along our awesome bicycle/walking trail which includes miles of boardwalk.

If you want to be a little less sandy, come ride some go-karts, eat some delicious pastries, cool off with a nice tall ice-cream cone, and play a round or two of laser tag in downtown!

Choose the way you want to stay, there are campgrounds, beautiful hotels, vacation resorts, or the small town charm of a local AirBnB however you choose to visit we welcome you to stay a while.

A rarely used RC field is located to the west of the runway alongside Stringtown Road. Residents of the adjoining neighborhood can be occasionally seen walking dogs or riding bicycles on the runway. Summer flying allows for use of an unmarked parallel grass runway. In winter the grass is not maintained and is VERY soft. Caution should be used as Geese are present on the field in the late winter/early spring. Trees and Roadway present obstacles when approaching or departing Runway 28; there is a 300' set back for safety on runway 28. Trees also present an obstacle on approach and departure on runway 10.
