Prvdd vfr opns and pvt use only; the requirements of ac 150/5370-2, operational safety on airports during construction are met; the proponent reference faa advisory circular 150/5300-13, "airport design," in establishing an acceptable level of safety for aircraft operations at this airport. -- all far part 77 penetrations are to be reviewed with respect to the need for marking and lighting, or removal. if penetrating obstructions cannot be removed or lowered, we recommend the thresholds be displaced and appropriately marked, to provide a clear 20:1 approach slope surface to each runway end; the airport authority should conduct an annual obstacle assessment for new obstacle which might be a hazard to aviation operations.
