  • All operations are conducted in vfr weather conditions, and the landing area is limited to private use. the takeoff/landing area is appropriately marked. a non-obstructing wind indicator is maintained adjacent to the takeoff/landing area. the landing area is constructed, marked and lighted in accordance with faa advisory circular (ac) 150/5390-2b, heliport design. all proposed changes that have been submitted for this site are instituted in the interest of safety. all approach/departure route helicopter operations are conducted in an area from 120 degrees clockwise to 125 degrees and 240 degrees clockwise to 245 degrees for ingress and from 300 degrees clockwise to 305 degrees and 355 degrees clockwise to 260 degrees for egress using the touchdown pad as the center of a compass rose. the final approach and takeoff area (fato) be clear of any obstacles including any ducting above the new helipad.
