All operations are conducted in vfr weather conditions, and the landing area is limited to private use. the takeoff/landing area is appropriately marked. a non-obstructing wind indicator is maintained adjacent to the takeoff/landing area. landing area has been (is) constructed in accordance with advisory circular 150/5390-2b, heliport design. all helicopter ingress/egress route operations are conducted on a route of 360/180 degrees using the touchdown pad as the cinter of a compass rose. all users are advised of the ingress/egress and other issues for operational use prior to landing at the heliport. operators contact and maintain radio communication with atlanta approach control and monitor perry-houston county unicom frequency. caution is exercised while operating to/from heliport during ifr weather conditions as to the close proximity to the instrument approach procedures at perry airport.
