Remarks
1. approach/departure route operations shall be conducted on ingress/egress bearings from the heliport of 002 degrees clockwise through 013 degrees (relative to true north) using the center of the landing area as the reference point, and provided the following action is taken: a. obstructions that penetrate the 8:1 approach/departure surface must be lowered or removed; b. objects that penetrate the object identification surface (as defined by advisory circular (ac) 150/5390-2c, par. 217 and fig. 2-32 must be marked and/or lighted in accordance with ac 70/7460-1. c. no other approach/departure paths may be used unless penetrating obstructions are cleared, lowered, and marked as described above. 2. the fato and safety area must remain clear of objects that exceed two inches above the fato surface elevation. 3. fixed obstructions with in 100 feet of the helipad safety area that penetrate the object identification surface must be marked or lighted in accordance with ac 150/5390-2 and ac 70/7460-1, as amended . 4. the proponent must insta ll a wind cone in accordance with ac 150/5390-2c, par. 212. 5. at a minimum, the fato must be marked and oriented in accordance with ac 150/5390-2c, as amended. 6. operations must be limited to vfr weather conditions only. 7. the landing area must be limited to private-use.
