Flight operations can be conducted safely at this facility provided the following conditions are met: - no objection. - no conflict with dhs radar or airport obstruction screening - there is no ifr effect as since there are no procedures published. suggest ingress/egress points be limited to south, southwest, and west of the proposed vfr airport. to the north of the proposed airport, aircraft arriving and departing at (oc8) cushing field airport 2,832 ft existing runway 18/36 are descending out of 2300' as low as 790' to land and to the east of the proposed airport is morris municipal-james r. washburn airport (c09) 4,085 foot proposed runway 08/26. c09 is located approximately 4.84 nautical miles (nm), 29,403 feet, east of the proposed private-use airport with aircraft descending out of 2200' as low as 1020' to land. note: all ldot division of aeronautics minimum standards as contained in the aviation safety rules must be maintained, regardless of the federal aviation administration's airspace determination. the !dot-division of aeronautics will file an initial 5010-5 form on your behalf, to the faa, to activate the restricted landing area in the faa airspace system, upon certification of the facility. in the future you may receive this form directly from them, which you must sign and return each year after this. please be advised that the 5010-5 form is the only method the faa has for tracking the existence of private facilities. failure to promptly ...
