- Trans pilots briefing are conducted at davison aaf, quantico mcas, andrews afb or tipton aaf.
- Advn 24 hour flt info will be passed to the ctc oic (pentagon heliport) prior to flt to include: date & time of tkof/ldg dep/destn; type of acft/nr of copters involved; name/grade senior persons and nr of addn pax; pt of ctc nade and fone nr.
