  • Opr 1300-2100z mon-fri; ctc oic c697-9250/695-4374; v227-9250/225-4374; prk rstd to ctl discretion.
  • Special pro; tfc pat and opr rules exist due to washington tca; prk; noise; flt plan cdn and visual rte rstrns.
  • Special vfr pmttd only when wash natl pat ceil/vis is 700 & 1 or better.
  • Acft comdr must have rcv a rte briefing and opr with special rte chart dtd 1 oct 79; containing special rte and jpn tfc pat.
  • Trans pilots briefing are conducted at davison aaf, quantico mcas, andrews afb or tipton aaf.
  • Advn 24 hour flt info will be passed to the ctc oic (pentagon heliport) prior to flt to include: date & time of tkof/ldg dep/destn; type of acft/nr of copters involved; name/grade senior persons and nr of addn pax; pt of ctc nade and fone nr.
  • Army copter ppr is pqr for code 6 or below. ctc dir army staff (executive svc);
