  • We have determined that the proposed private use landing area, will not adversely affect the safe and efficient use of the navigable airspace by aircraft, provided: all operations are conducted in vfr weather conditions. use is restricted to one aircraft at a time unless designated parking places are evaluated and depicted. cooperate with development of a letter of agreement with local operators due to close proximity of numerous downtown helipads. coordinate with the va hospital helipad and tulane helipad due to very close proximity. make operators aware of va helipad, tulane helipad and other close in helipads. painting shall be in accordance with the heliport design ac 150/5390- 2c. a final inspection with afs is required upon completion ofhelipad. contact robert payne 817-222-5253.
