  • 1. all helicopter approach/departure route operations must be conducted on ingress/egressof010 clockwise through 080 using the center of the touchdown and lift off areas (t l o fs)as the reference point. any obstacles within this ingress/egress should be clear of the ois 8:1 slope as defined in the ac noted above. no other ingress/egress allowed. 2. all operations are conducted in vfr weather conditions. 3. the landing area is limited to private use. 4. the takeoff/landing area should be appropriately marked. 5. re-examine obstacles in the vicinity of the approach/departure paths on an annualbasis in accordance with the above faa ac. any new obstacles noted are to be forwarded to the airport district office, flight standards district office or regional flight standards division office.
