Remarks
1. all helicopter approach/departure route operations must be conducted on an ingress/egress bearings from 100 clockwise through 010 (relative to true north) using the center of the touchdown and liftoff area (tlof) as the reference point. a. any existing or proposed future obstructions penetrating the 8:1 approach/departure surface within the ingress/egress area identified above, including trees, poles, and other objects, must be lowered or removed. 2. the heliport must be limited to private use. 3. operations must be limited to vfr weather conditions. 4. operations limited to daytime use only.
Due to terrain and obstacles, ingress/egress lmtd from h1 on bearings 100 degrees clockwise through 010 degrees, relative to true north. no other ingress/egress allowed.
