This is a faa approved virtual evaluation (temporary) solution to the 7400.2m on-site heliport evaluation requirement. the actual on-site evaluation will be conducted upon the removal of the covid-19 travel restrictions. flight standards will provide an additional on-site response once the on-site evaluation has been completed. in addition, this is a preliminary flight standards review of the proponent's submitted faa form 7480-1, signed and dated on november 12, 2015 with attached map and/or heliport design drawing. a final on-site evaluation will be conducted by the lincoln flight standards district office (fsdo). this faa evaluation is preliminary only and the final provisions are based on the results of the on-site evaluation by the local fsdo or other faa personnel. we have has no preliminary objection to this proposed helipad with the following list of provisions and/or recommendations: 1. the takeoff and lift off (tlof) is illuminated with flush light fixtures, ac 150-5390-2c, paragraph 410, page 101 and 102. 2. the tlof is marked to indicate the maximum length of the helicopter for which the tlof is designed and the tlof is marked to indicate the maximum takeoff weight of the design helicopter, ac 150-5390-2c table 4-23, page 141 and ac 150-5390-2c, chapter 4, paragraph 414 b (3). 3. the tlof is marked with a tdpc (touchdown/position circle), ac 150-5390-2c, figure 4-21, page 139...
