Only one ingress/egress route is acceptable; ingress 060 deg mag crs, egress 240 deg mag crs. one row of trees 240 deg, 200 ft from cntr of helipad. ngt ops na unless heli and wind indicator are lit. unauthorized persons are prohibited from takeoff/ldg area during hel flt ops. portable fire extinguisher is provided during hel flt ops. heli mgr will reexamine obstacles in the vcnty of apch/dep paths annually. new obstacles will be forwarded to ado or fsdo. heli mgr will ensure all pilots are knowledgeable with apch/dep paths.
