  • Rstd: offl bus only. ppr dsn 286-4604/363-4603 c601-558-4604/4603. ctc lzso on vhf 138.2, 20o min prior to entering camp shelby reservation.
  • Rstd: avoid overflight of r-4401, located se of lz. if overflight of r-4401 is necessary, ctc range air 233.2, 20 min prior in order to check-fire on active army ranges. crash fire rescue is readily avbl.
  • Caution: wildlife incl deer and other small animals in vicinity of arpt.
  • Misc: ctc afld manager two weeks prior to opns for availability. ctc afld manager for status of lz markings. the mog is two c-17 acft. portion of the twy is rosin soaked asphalt suitable for combat offload training with prior coordination.
  • Afld is vfr assault landing zone only.
