Rstd: avoid overflight of r-4401, located se of lz. if overflight of r-4401 is necessary, ctc range air 233.2, 20 min prior in order to check-fire on active army ranges. crash fire rescue is readily avbl.
Caution: wildlife incl deer and other small animals in vicinity of arpt.
Misc: ctc afld manager two weeks prior to opns for availability. ctc afld manager for status of lz markings. the mog is two c-17 acft. portion of the twy is rosin soaked asphalt suitable for combat offload training with prior coordination.
