Electric City is an easy airport for plane camping with a long, paved runway. It's located far from town and on the lake making for a quiet camping setting. Camping is available on the west side of the runway. A small pilot's lounge is available on the ramp too.
If you don't want to taxi down the grassy slope to the camping area you can park on the paved tiedowns on the east side of the runway and use the provided carts to haul your camping gear to the camping area.
