By The Bay Cafe is about a 10 minute walk (from top of hill to water) which is pretty good!
Sekiu is a fun little strip to land at! A heavy, upward slope starts from the beginning of runway 8. The displaced threshold on runway 8 therefore helps considerably with takeoffs to the east.
By The Bay Cafe is about a 10 minute walk from the top of the hill to the water and is pretty good! Make sure to take Washington Street down the hill to avoid walking on the highway.
