TN45 Magic Valley is a short grass strip in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley. It's a one way in/out strip with an uphill landing and downhill takeoff. Do not land here if you're not comfortable with a 600' strip.
There are high tension power lines about 1,800 west of the runway running in a generally NE/SW direction. They can be difficult to see.

Known as The Hang Gliding Capital of the East, people come visit from all of the world to paraglide and hang glide. Magic Valley Airport hosts a paragliding training hill where students can take their first flights from a lower elevation launch before heading up the mountain to the world class launches across the Sequatchie Valley.
